1. General questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. You will then receive a second email with a tracking link when the order has been shipped.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we can only change orders before they have been shipped. Once they have been shipped we can no longer make changes.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Australia only.

For shipping outside of Australia, please contact chrissy@lovelittlemoon.com.au for a quote. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time covered by our delivery partners are presented below:

- Standard 2 - 10 days (depends on location)

- Express 1 - 4 days

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both debit and credit cards. 

We additionally offer support for Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

3. Shipping

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes we offer express postage via AusPost Express.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. You will then receive a second email with a tracking link when the order has been shipped.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

4. Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns for both change of mind and faulty products.

For returns for change of mind, the following criteria will need to be met to receive a full refund or credit note:

- Receipt as proof of purchase
- Item is unopened and in its original packaging
- The return is made within 10 days of delivery
- The item is returned with tracked postage within 14 days of the return request

Please note, for change of mind returns, you will need to pay the return postage to Love Little Moon.

For returns for faulty products, please contact us at chrissy@lovelittlemoon.com.au with an image and description of the fault. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty items.

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
